These Publication Terms apply when you access, read, download, quote or otherwise use the research publications made available through CAQA Research, part of CAQA Groups and a Career Calling International Pty Ltd initiative. Publications include sector reports, whitepapers, policy analysis, evidence reviews, literature syntheses, survey summaries, forecasts, articles, briefs and any supporting charts, tables and data visualisations published or described on this website. By using this website and its publications you agree to these terms.
CAQA Research publishes for education providers, registered training organisations, higher education institutions, peak bodies, government agencies, policy makers, employers, journalists, researchers and workforce and compliance stakeholders. Publications are prepared to inform sector discussion and decision-making. They are general information rather than advice tailored to your organisation and should be read together with our Research Disclaimer.
The summaries, insights and reports promoted on this website are provided free of charge. No payments are taken through this website: there is no shop, cart, subscription fee or paywall on caqaresearch.com.au, and accordingly no refund or cancellation terms apply to it. Where an organisation commissions research, a custom report or a consultation exercise, that work is scoped, agreed and invoiced separately under a written proposal or service agreement with Career Calling International Pty Ltd, and the terms of that engagement prevail over these Publication Terms for that work.
You may read, download, print and share our publications in their complete and unaltered form for personal, educational, research, policy and internal business purposes. You may quote short extracts, statistics and findings provided you attribute CAQA Research as the source, cite the publication title and year, do not distort the meaning of the material and, where practical online, link back to this website.
You must not, without our prior written permission: reproduce a whole publication or a substantial part of one; republish our content on another website, platform or publication; incorporate our content into a commercial product, paid training resource or subscription service; translate or adapt a publication; or present our work in a way that misrepresents its findings or implies our endorsement. Each publication reflects the data, assumptions and research methods available at its publication date. We may update, revise, supersede or withdraw a publication at any time without notice. Where a material correction is made, we record it under our Complaints and Corrections process. Before citing our work, check that you are referring to the most recent version and note the publication date in your citation.
Publications may cite, reference or reproduce material owned by third parties, including government datasets, regulator publications and academic works. That material remains subject to its owners’ rights and terms. Any permission we grant over our own content does not extend to third-party content, which you must clear with the relevant owner.
